Umar Gul got a fantastic score of 4-61 to spin England right out of control, and Saeed Ajmal got another brilliant score of 4-67 as he showed resistant Alastair Cook (49) that he took no prisoners. Cook and Pietersen looked promising showing several good shots before both being bowled out, and from then on apart from a good innings from Morgan (31) and Prior (49) England looked out of their depth and Pakistan proved that they should be up at the top looking down at the English as the best in the world.
